Job Description

ADM is seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk responsible for data entry, assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, and for general accounting and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • General accounting and administrative support
  • Accounts payable support
  • Accounts receivable support
  • Assist with general ledger account reconciliation and month-end closing
  • Perform other, related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Two years of accounting-related experience
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or another applicable field is preferred.
